Sponsorship : Financial assistance for educational needs to school going children, Std. VI and above. Child should have an interest and aptitude in studies, with family in economic need.
Adoption : Home study and counselling undertaken before placement of suitable baby in legal adoption or guardianship. Adoptive parents support group initiated in April 1991 to discuss issues related to adoption. Foster-Care : for new-born babies awaiting adoption, placement of older children in another home form a temporary period,during which their own parents are unable to look after them for a variety of reasons. Also provide a Foster-day-care service for young children with parents employed outside the home. Foster families are given financial assistance.
